UltraClear Elite uses a fiber laser at a mid-infrared wavelength that is strongly absorbed by water in the skin. This allows precise, controlled treatment with relatively little heat spreading to surrounding tissue.

The laser can combine gentle resurfacing at the surface with fractional micro-treatment zones deeper in the dermis.
