What is Volnewmer?

Volnewmer delivers monopolar radiofrequency (RF) energy into the dermis. As current meets the skin's natural electrical resistance, heat is generated within the tissue, causing controlled coagulation.

As the heated tissue heals, collagen production increases in the dermis and the fibrous layer beneath, which may improve elasticity and tightness over time. The device uses water-cooling to protect the surface during treatment, which helps with comfort.

What to expect

Following a consultation, numbing cream is applied. You will feel pulses of warmth balanced by cooling. The procedure takes about 20 to 30 minutes.

You can usually wash your face and apply makeup right away. Temporary stinging, slight swelling, bruising or redness may occur and settle within a day or so.

Tightening may be felt soon after and continues to develop over the following months. Repeating treatment every 6 to 12 months is common. Results vary.
