What is InMode Lifting?

InMode is a radiofrequency (RF) platform with interchangeable handpieces. Mini FX uses vacuum suction together with RF and high-voltage pulses to target small fat deposits, which may help sharpen contours such as the jawline and under the chin.

Forma delivers RF heat to the dermis and epidermis to stimulate collagen and elastin. A built-in sensor checks skin surface temperature many times per second and keeps it within a controlled range of about 40–43°C, helping to limit the risk of burns and blisters.

How we treat it at Egg Clinic

Your doctor first identifies where fat, laxity or both are contributing to your concerns. Mini FX is applied to fat-prone zones such as the jaw, jowls and double chin, while Forma is glided across the face to warm the dermis for tightening.

Treatable areas include the forehead, cheeks and deep cheekbone area, double chin, neck, facial contour and full face. The two handpieces are often combined in the same session for a balanced result.

What to expect

After consultation and cleansing, Forma feels like a warm massage, while Mini FX feels like suction with brief, stronger pulses. Sessions generally take 20 to 30 minutes.

You can usually wash your face and apply makeup right away. Temporary stinging, swelling, bruising or redness may occur and typically settle within 2 to 3 days.

Changes develop gradually. Because each session builds on the last, a course spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart is often recommended, followed by periodic maintenance. Results vary.

• Use hypoallergenic cleansers
• Avoid scrubs and peeling products for one week
• Wash with lukewarm water for 3 days
• Skip strenuous exercise, alcohol and saunas for one week
• Apply sunscreen, moisturizer and antioxidants such as vitamin C

Is the fat reduction noticeable?

Mini FX is designed for small, localized fat pockets, so changes tend to be subtle and gradual. It is not a substitute for weight loss or liposuction.

Why do I need several sessions?

Both fat reduction and collagen building accumulate over repeated treatments. A course 2 to 4 weeks apart usually gives a steadier result.

Can it be combined with HIFU?

Yes. Many patients combine RF contouring with focused ultrasound for deeper lifting. Your doctor will advise on timing.
